TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOZLO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

While we attempt to process and aggregate sentiment from public forums accurately, the source data is derived from unverified, third-party internet discussions. We make no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, correctness, timeliness, reliability, availability, or security of any data, scores, or information provided by the Service. Your reliance on the Service is at your own sole risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WOZLO, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, DEVELOPERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM DATA INACCURACY, SYSTEM DELAYS, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OR LACK OF ACCESSIBILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF WOZLO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO WOZLO FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE IN QUESTION DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wozlo, its owners, operators, developers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (c) any trading decisions or investments you make based on or using our data; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Dispute Resolution, Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.

a. Binding Arbitration: You and Wozlo agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, or the use of the Service (collectively, "Disputes") will be settled by binding, individual arbitration, rather than in a court of law. You acknowledge that you are waiving the right to a trial by jury.

b. Class Action Waiver: YOU AND WOZLO AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, unless both you and Wozlo agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (without regard to its conflict of laws provisions). Any legal actions, trials, or proceedings arising out of these Terms (if excluded from arbitration) shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

Wozlo offers a Premium subscription processed via Patreon. By subscribing, you agree to Patreon's terms and conditions regarding payment processing.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Patreon membership settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis under Patreon's refund policies.
