Wozlo ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Wozlo operates on a zero-PII (Personally Identifiable Information) database footprint model. We do not maintain user databases, register local accounts, or store user profiles on our systems.

2. Information We Collect and Processing Purposes

We do not collect or store any personal data in our own databases. Authentication, payment processing, and subscription management are handled entirely by Patreon. When you log in with Patreon, we temporarily verify your active membership tier via Patreon's API to grant premium access, and issue a secure local session token in your browser. No personal data, email addresses, or payment information are stored or retained on Wozlo's systems.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We do not use any analytical, marketing, or advertising tracking cookies on our domain. The storage technologies we use are:

Local Session Storage (Strictly Necessary): The browser's local storage (`localStorage`) is used to store a temporary signed session token (`wozlo_session_token`) so that you can remain authenticated and access premium insights. This is strictly necessary to perform the service you request.

4. Third-Party Data Processors

Authentication and billing are processed by our trusted third-party partner:

Patreon: For member authentication, subscription management, and payment processing. Patreon acts as the independent data controller for your account. Please refer to Patreon's Privacy Policy to manage your data rights.
Cloudflare: For secure hosting and global content delivery.

5. Your Rights Under GDPR & CCPA

Because Wozlo does not collect, retain, or store any personal data or database records, we do not possess any user profiles, billing history, or customer data to access, export, or delete. To exercise your data rights—such as requesting access, portability, rectification, or deletion of your personal data under the GDPR or CCPA—you should manage your request directly through the Patreon Privacy Center.

Please note that canceling or deleting your Patreon account or membership will immediately terminate access to Wozlo premium insights.

6. Security and Retention

We utilize secure, signed session tokens to grant premium access. Since we do not retain user databases or profile data, there is no permanent retention of PII on Wozlo servers.
